About Us

The Network of Medical Audiology Professionals is an organization focused on developing the provider community and support resources for audiologists, physician assistants & nurse practitioners that work in ENT.

Our mission is to focus on our role in modern medicine and the collaborative effort necessary to deliver the best outcomes for patients.

It is easy to make the assumption that because patients are being seen within the same practice, that coordinating their care is easy. In a general Ear, Nose and Throat practice, there are already a number of specialties to focus on, without even carving out other sub-specialties and ancillaries. Additionally, there are physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants all running individual provider schedules, which need to be coordinated with the providers in audiology, allergy, and sleep departments, just to name a few.

A lot of medicine is practiced in silos, not necessarily on purpose, but sometimes simply because we are human and tend to stay within our comfort zones. What we continue to be reminded of is when we, as providers, focus on our team building, communication skills and create opportunities for intradepartment collaboration, we can substantially enhance the overall impact on the delivery of care within our walls.

Focused on the Medical Community

Aligning providers in ENT for the betterment of the patient, the professional and the business. This type of focus strengthens our ENT-AuD teams, and helps us find new ways to streamline diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitative care for patients that see more than one provider, within our practice, over their lifetime.

What We Do

We focus on community, tested resources and collaborative education on behalf of all the providers that work in ENT to make our work a little easier and our patient outcomes exceptional.
